The Art of Jazz: An Artistic Response

The Art of Jazz was a special themed exhibit on display in WAC’s Main Gallery, hosted to complement the High Country Jazz Festival season.
7 artists were selected for this exhibit, with 10 pieces on display. This small but mighty exhibition held a special reception outside the WAC office at App Theatre, in alignment with High Country Jazz Festival week.
Inspired by the question “What does jazz mean to you?”, the works on view offered both personal and creative artistic interpretations of this dynamic musical genre.
