Theresa Redmond

Theresa Redmond is an independent scholar, teacher, and artist with expertise in media literacy, instructional technology, curriculum design, ecomedia literacy, and the arts. Her teaching experience spans K-12 visual arts through university media studies as well as community arts courses in mixed media and visual journaling. She publishes widely on innovative teaching and learning methods and has received awards for teaching, service, and creative scholarship. As a mixed media artist and multimedia creator, Theresa combines techniques including digital photography, monoprinting, painting, drawing, collage, and more. She is keen to explore beyond the edges of various art media and processes and continually innovates in method and style. An avid gardener and birder, she draws on themes and imagery from the natural world in her artworks.
