WAC Explores Jazz Through Art in New Exhibition Opening May 5
Boone, NC - The Watauga Arts Council will present The Art of Jazz in its Main Gallery, a new exhibition on view May 5 through June 30, celebrating the cultural and personal influence of jazz through visual art.
Exhibition Details
The Art of Jazz exhibition features work from local and regional artists interpreting jazz’s dynamic energy, improvisational spirit, and deep cultural root in a range of 2D mediums. The art explores how sound can be translated into color, movement, and form.
