Community Workshops and Classes As the Watauga County Arts Council, we do offer wonderful summer camps, workshops, and other learning opportunities ourselves, but we strongly believe in the value of arts-related educational activities of all sorts - regardless of whether we offer them or not. There are a variety of organizations, schools, and qualified teachers who offer great learning activities all through our community and it is our goal that they all be filled. This part of our website is intended to be an opportunity for parents, community members, and others to learn of these activities all through the community in order to take advantage of as many of them as possible. If you are offering an arts-related workshop, class, lessons, etc. we encourage you to contact us and give us the appropriate information so that we can list it here. Hopefully this website will become an information clearinghouse and resource for anyone seeking arts-related educational opportunities for all ages.
