I Have a Dream Task Force/Schools Project To support series of artistic performances and workshops in local schools by drawning on the resources of international students, a poet/musician of appalachian background and local storytellers  $  1,000.00
I have a Dream Task Force/Unity Festival To support the 11th Annual Unity Festival a free family-oriented multicultural even serving approximately 2500 local residents  $      800.00
Mountain Pathways To offer trained arts instruction for the first time in art history and claymations  $      600.00
Two Rivers Community School To facilitate puppet construction and performance with the K-5 grades at Two Rivers Community School  $      300.00
Two Rivers Community School To fund bringing Mosaic Artist Carrie Finger to work with students in grades 6-8 facilitating the creation of mosaic art for the school and the students' homes  $      450.00
Two Rivers Community School To support bringing Ben McPherron to work with middle grade students in Indonesian and African music  $      355.00
Watauga County Schools To support the annual 4th Grade Storytelling Festival featuring Appalachian storytellers  $      500.00
Western Youth Network To introduce mountain dulcimer and guitar to the youth they serve, teaching them to play the instruments but also teaching them to be proud of their wonderful mountain heritage  $  1,000.00

High Country Jubilee Charms A summer singing chorus for all ages providing unique opportunities. $700.00
I Have A Dream Task Force To provide opportunities for sharing and understanding diverse cultures through the arts by organizing a variety of activities in each of eight rural, religion schools and one local high school. $1,000.00
I Have A Dream Task Force For art supplies for 2000 participatants in the Unity Festival. Also to pay students to lead games, etc. and for food and posters. $1,673.00
Oasis, Inc "Oasis for Kids" is a theatrical presentation for children k-2 that gives them language to report child abuse to appropriate adults $600.00
The Children's Playhouse To fund the weekly art room activities - buy supplies and equipment. $1,000.00
Two Rivers Community School Two Rivers Community School fifth graders will create traditional Native American art forms. $900.00
