2022 Boonerang Outdoor Music & Arts Fest Vendor Application | June 18th 2022 | 11am - 8pm
Detailed Vending rules and regulations will be sent with your acceptance letter. This Festival is Free to Attend Number of people expected to attend:2000 - 5000 Promotion for the Fest: We have a comprehensive promotion plan. Promotion for this event is being done through SM, Radio, Cross-Promotion, News Outlets, Advertising and more. Promotion is targeted both locally and surrounding areas. This festival has support of the TDA, Chamber, Town, and County. General Details:
Applications are juried. The jurors will consider quality of work and booth presentation. Consideration will also be given to balancing the types of items/foods, so there is not too much of any one item represented. First preference given to Artists and Vendors with a Boone connection.
Vending will occur on closed streets and at key locations such as the Jones House or Library.
Tents Required for Artist Vendors
Tent not required for certain services (ex: face painters, balloon artists, jugglers, etc.)
Artists may split the cost and space of tent but both vendors must be juried.
Vending Spaces, other than food trucks, are 10x10.
A limited number of food trucks will be accepted.
Booth Costs: Space is limited. The vendor application fee is $10. ALL Artists/Vendors MUST apply and be juried in - If an vendor applies and wants to share a booth they need to indicate who their tent partner(s)/group would be. If vendors do not have a picture of a 10x10 booth space from prior events, they may share photos of work displayed in another setting. We need to have an idea of presentation.
Due Dates: All Applications Due by May 8th.
Jury Decisions: Many vendors will be notified of their acceptance on a rolling basis as they are received. Some vendor applications may be held until all applications are received in order to ensure a healthy balance of quality and variety of vending.
Acceptance Deadline: Rolling acceptance but final decisions and notifications will be sent by May 11th.
Vendor Pricing:
Single Artist Vendor: $50 for a 10x10 tent
Up to 3 people sharing a tent: $75 - 10x10 tent
Businesses/guilds/groups of 4 or more: $100 for a 10x10 tent
Double booth space: $175 for a 20 x10 tent or 2 10x10 side-by-side
Nonprofits and Downtown Businesses are free but they have to apply and pay the $10 fee
